As a family of believers, we love that we can all gather together on Sunday mornings to proclaim and lift up the name of Jesus. Our worship gatherings are a great time to worship Jesus in song and in action, as we hear God's Word preached and are given the opportunity to respond. Click the links below to see the various means of ministry available on a Sunday morning (i.e. Children's Ministry).
However, at the same time we’re well aware that such a setting is not the best place to build genuine community and to live out our mission as God’s people. For that reason, every family member at Mercy Hill commits to living life together with a smaller group of fellow believers on mission. We call these groups “Community Groups,” and they lie at the heart of living out the mission and vision God has given Mercy Hill.
We can’t do what God has called us to do on our own. Jesus calls his followers to live life together in community, demonstrating and declaring the gospel to each other and to our friends, coworkers, neighbors, and the city at large. We gather on Sundays to worship God by being equipped; we scatter during the week to worship God by making disciples wherever life may take us.
